Somatic Coaching Workshop
Zion Spiritual Center 415 NW 5th St, EvansvilleWorkshop and self-awareness journey through the body explored by different techniques to access our sensory awareness to unlock smarter parts of us. By cultivating awareness, we can gain deeper understanding of ourselves and holistic health and healing from trauma because trauma is processed, transformed and released through the body. To enhance the experience, we will incorporate sound creation through drum circle, sound immersion, and shamanic drumming journey.
As human beings, gathering communally, sharing experiences and reflecting on our learning is very beneficial to participate in and in fact one of the ancient gifts of wisdom and healing our modern culture has forgotten about.
